UT HRMS — attendance and HR for Indian teams, on your phone.

UT HRMS is a mobile-first HR app for small and medium businesses in India. Replace paper attendance registers and messy WhatsApp approval threads with a single, secure workspace that your HR team, managers, and employees actually use every day.

What UT HRMS does

Employees punch in from their phones with a quick face scan. Managers approve leave and work-from-home requests on the go. HR gets a clean, auditable record of every check-in, check-out, leave, and correction — in real time — on the same phone.

Key features

• Face-based punch-in: Employees mark attendance with a quick face scan. No shared biometric device at the gate, no queue.

• Geofenced attendance: Restrict check-in and check-out to your office or site location. Field staff can be allowed to punch from assigned zones.

• Leave management: Employees apply for leave in seconds. Managers see every pending request in one inbox and approve with a tap.

• Work-from-home requests: A separate flow for WFH so it doesn't consume leave balance. Managers approve, and the attendance system automatically allows a WFH-day punch from any location.

• Approvals inbox: Every pending leave, WFH request, and attendance correction shows up in a single Requests & Approvals screen for managers.

• Attendance corrections: If a punch is missed or wrong, employees can raise a correction request and their manager can approve it.

• Manager dashboard: See Present, On Leave, Late, and Absent counts for your team, and drill into who is where, right now.

• Push notifications: Leave decisions, new WFH requests, face-enrollment status, and approvals delivered instantly.

• Staff directory: Searchable employee list with roles, departments, and contact details.

• Per-company employee ID format: Configure your own prefix and starting number (for example UNI-0001) in the web workspace. New hires get the next ID automatically.

• Auto-generated invites: Add an employee once and the invitation email goes out from the server.

• Secure by design: Tenant-isolated data, role-based access, and encrypted transport on every request.

Who it's for

• HR admins running attendance, leave, and onboarding for a growing team.
• Managers who want to approve requests without opening a laptop.
• Employees who want to punch in, apply for leave, and see their attendance in one place.
