Chasing cleaners between checkouts is a nightmare. You text a cleaner, they don't reply, a guest checks into a dirty home, and you have no photos to prove what went wrong. PropertyHostPro runs the whole short-term rental turnover for you.

The moment a guest checks out, PropertyHostPro syncs your Airbnb and VRBO bookings (through Hospitable or your iCal calendars) and creates the cleaning job automatically. Your cleaner gets a text and an email with the assignment and confirms it in their own simple app. When the clean is done, they upload photos of the finished work and flag any damage with photos, so you always have proof.

WHAT YOU GET
- Automatic cleaner scheduling: bookings sync in and turnovers are created for you, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- No more chasing cleaners: each cleaner is texted and emailed their jobs, then confirms in-app.
- Photo proof: finished-clean photos plus damage reports with photos for your claims.
- Payment tracking: review the proof, pay per clean, and see who's paid, with per-cleaner tax reports and PayPal payouts.
- Min-stay automation: automatically adjusts your minimum-night requirements to help fill calendar gaps and screen out risky one-nighters.
- Supplies tracking: know what each home needs and when it was bought.
- Handyman and maintenance jobs: assign, track, and pay for repairs.
- Owner portal: give property owners their own financials and payouts view.
- Daily brief email: a morning summary of everything happening across your properties.

BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE CREW
The cleaner and handyman apps are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so your whole team can work in their own language.

WHO IT'S FOR
- Short-term rental hosts, whether you manage one home or many.
- Cleaning company owners who run crews across lots of properties.

Whether you host on Airbnb and VRBO or clean for the hosts who do, PropertyHostPro puts turnovers on autopilot, so every guest walks into a clean home and you have the proof to back it up.
