The moment a guest checks out, PropertyHostPro syncs your Airbnb and VRBO bookings (through Hospitable or your iCal calendars) and creates the cleaning job automatically. Your cleaner gets a text and an email with the assignment and confirms it in their own simple app. When the clean is done, they upload photos of the finished work and flag any damage with photos, so you always have proof.
