Record jobs easier. Get paid faster. Vocser is field service software for building service contractors, facilities maintenance, and commercial field workers who need proof on the job to reach billing without a second rewrite.

Install Vocser for Android. Record voice, photos, time, and items on the job. After sign-in, each shortcut updates the same job your company uses for scheduling and billing.

WHAT CHANGES ON THE JOB
• Record updates while you are still on site—not hours later from memory
• Keep photos, time, items, checklists, and notes on the same job
• Record on site and submit—drafted updates attach to the job after you confirm.
• Hand billing and follow-up the same record the field already filled in
• Reduce rework from missing notes and duplicate entry

VOICE ON SITE
Record on site with voice for time, items, and other job updates. Review the draft before it posts.
You review Talk drafts before they post to the job. Monthly limits depend on Free, Pro, or Elite.
Plan limits: https://vocser.com/pricing

PROOF BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Open a job and attach what the visit requires: items used, item tickets, labor on the job timesheet, photos, checklists, field issues, daily log entries, change orders, and customer signature when your workflow uses them. Documents and notes stay on that job so the visit does not have to be reconstructed from separate messages.

WHAT YOU OPEN EVERY DAY
Native Android tabs for work on site—Jobs, Voice (Talk), Timesheet, Today, and More.
• Jobs — assigned work; photos, checklists, notes, signatures, and job-level time
• Voice — record on site; review drafted updates before they post (by plan)
• Timesheet — labor across jobs on the same record
• Today — what is scheduled
• More — expenses, customers, inventory, finance, help, and account

ONE WORKSPACE EVERYWHERE
Jobs, time, items, photos, checklists, and approved voice drafts stay on one company record. Sign in on Android or in a browser with the same account at https://vocser.com. Phone and laptop are the same Vocser.
