CatchID is a fishing app for anglers who want more than a one-off fish ID.

IDENTIFY YOUR CATCH
Take a photo or choose one from your gallery to get a likely species suggestion, confidence level and visible identification clues. If the suggestion is not right, you can change the species before saving.

Identification is a guide, not a guarantee.

BUILD YOUR FISHING JOURNAL
Save catches whether you use identification or already know exactly what you caught.

Record the details that matter to you:
• Species
• Photo
• Date and time
• Location
• Fishing method
• Bait, lure or fly
• Weight

Use CatchID as a fish identifier when you are unsure, or as a catch log when you already know the species.

TURN YOUR CATCHES INTO INSIGHTS
As your fishing journal grows, Catch Insights helps you look back on your own recorded fishing history.

Explore:
• Personal records and top catches by species
• Species you have recorded
• Fishing locations and the catches saved at each one
• Recent fishing activity
• Your year so far
• Early patterns in your journal when there is enough information

CatchID uses careful language such as “recorded” and “most recorded” because a catch journal does not know how much time you spent fishing or how many blank sessions you had.

YOUR FISHING HISTORY, IN ONE PLACE
CatchID is built around a simple flow:

Identify → Journal → Insights

Every catch you save adds to your personal fishing history and gives Catch Insights more to work with.

You can also add catches manually without using fish identification at all.

Always check local fishing regulations and identification guidance where required.
