PRACTICE WITH A PLAN

Follow structured training in three positions, with two short sessions per day. The program draws on the Dorey 2004 and Milios 2020 clinical protocols.

▸ Mindfulness meditation
Choose a 2–20 minute breath-awareness session. Gentle voice, chime or vibration cues help you return your attention to the breath. Continue beyond your target whenever you like; the extra time is recorded.

▸ Progressive muscle relaxation
Release physical tension with guided Jacobson PMR. Choose a Quick 4-group routine (~2 minutes) or an In-depth 7-group routine (~3:30).

▸ Pelvic floor relaxation
Not every pelvic floor needs more tightening. A short screening can unlock the DownTrain program for men showing signs of excess pelvic tension. Guided diaphragmatic breathing and body scans help you practise relaxation before adding Kegels.
