Booster+ is a privacy-first Android app for men's sexual health. It guides you through short daily exercises grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research — pelvic floor training, breath work, and stress reduction — and lets you track, with validated questionnaires, whether the practice is actually helping you. No ads, no subscriptions, no account, no data leaves your device.
WHAT'S INSIDE
▸ Pelvic floor training (Kegel track)
Three positions, two short sessions each per day. Based on the Dorey 2004 RCT and the Milios 2020 high-intensity protocol. Do them whenever suits your day — spacing them out is all that matters.
▸ Pelvic floor release (DownTrain track)
For men whose pelvic floor is overactive rather than weak — confirmed via a short in-app screening. Daily diaphragmatic breathing plus a paradoxical-relaxation body scan with two levels (neutral body areas first; pelvic-floor focus once you're ready), based on the Wise-Anderson Stanford protocol.
▸ Mindfulness
Configurable 2–20 minute breath-awareness sessions with gentle return cues. Receive them as voice, as speech-cadenced vibration (for silent or no-headphones practice), or both. A useful adjunct for performance anxiety.
▸ Jacobson PMR
Pick Quick (4-group, ~2 min) or In-depth (7-group, ~3:30) progressive muscle relaxation. For general stress and anxiety reduction.
MEASURE YOUR OWN PROGRESS
Booster+ includes three optional self-assessments so you can see, with your own data, whether the exercises are working for you:
• Post-encounter check-in — a quick, optional log after intercourse (readiness, sustain, enjoyment, and more).
• IIEF-5 — the validated 5-question measure of erectile function.
• PEDT — the validated 5-question measure of premature ejaculation.
The calendar pairs every exercise and every score on a timeline. Tap any day to see the full detail, and page back through your entire history to watch trends emerge.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Evidence-based. Every exercise is anchored to specific peer-reviewed trials. The source research ships inside the app so you can read the studies, see the limitations, and decide for yourself.
• Honest about claims. Booster+ does not claim to cure or treat erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. It offers daily practice and lets you measure your own outcomes. Medical evaluation is recommended for persistent symptoms.
• Voice and vibration cues, both togglable. Vibration uses speech-cadenced haptic patterns so you can practice in public or without headphones and still feel every prompt.
• Streak tracking that respects real life. Per-track streaks use an adherence-percentage model, not a binary "missed a day = back to zero" punishment.
• No ads, no subscriptions, no analytics, no account.
PRIVACY
Booster+ collects nothing. There are no network requests, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no account. All exercise history, settings, scores, and check-ins live in local device storage and disappear when you uninstall. Full privacy policy: https://booster-plus.com/privacy.html
WHO IT'S FOR
Men experiencing erectile difficulty, ejaculatory control concerns, post-prostatectomy recovery, chronic pelvic pain, or performance anxiety — and men looking to support sexual health proactively.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Booster+ is an educational tool. It is not a diagnostic device and is not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified clinician. If you have persistent erectile or ejaculatory difficulty, pelvic pain, or post-prostatectomy concerns, see a doctor or a pelvic-health physiotherapist.
