Protect wildlife & ecosystems with the Green Game Jam

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5 as a way to encourage people to protect our planet. Since 2020, some of the biggest games and developers have come together for the Green Game Jam, a week of environmentally focused activities from June 1–7. With these unique promotions, challenges, and events, you can make an impact simply by playing your favorite games.

This year, the Green Game Jam is focused on protecting three animals and their habitats: harlequin toads in the Amazon, snow leopards in the Himalayas, and manta rays in the Western Indian Ocean. These critical ecosystems play a huge role in the fight against climate change. All of the games participating have committed to raising awareness and funds to support wildlife in these regions.

Help save harlequin toads in the real world by rescuing them within Brawl Stars. Win games in Bounty mode and collect as many in-game toads as you can to earn colorful cosmetics like a toad pin and themed player icon. Supercell, the creators of Brawl Stars, will also be donating $200,000 to partnering environmental organizations.

Log into State of Survival: Zombie War each day of the Green Game Jam to earn a variety of rewards. Open daily information capsules with educational facts about vulnerable species and habitats. FunPlus, the developers behind State of Survival, will also be donating $30,000 to protect harlequin toads in the Amazon.

Dash and dodge through the Amazon rainforest to unlock special characters, outfits, and hoverboards inspired by harlequin toads and manta rays. Earn these themed prizes by completing challenges or buy them in the store; proceeds from those purchases will go directly to support Atelopus Survival Initiative (Re:wild), one of the key partners of Green Game Jam.

Learn about the benefits of protecting wildlife ecosystems directly within Clash Royale with in-game articles and donation opportunities. You can also support efforts by purchasing Battle Banner cosmetics from the Shop, as proceeds will go to the organizations partnering with Green Game Jam. Supercell, the creator of Clash Royale, is furthering efforts with a $200,000 donation to the cause.
