Rick Ornelas has had a lifelong desire to serve and has been helping others improve themselves for most of his life. He is passionate about personal development and coaches businesses and individuals in areas such as growth, communication, wellness, fitness, mental toughness and spiritual awareness. He is a lifelong learner and believes everyone has the best version of themselves ready to burst free with a little guidance.
Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Science-Communications from The University of Southern California. A strategic and creative thinker, he has received extensive training over the years in communication, leadership, corporate training, personality assessment, interpersonal development, fitness, and wellness.
Rick is the Founder & CEO of two companies, I Spark Change LLC and Strategic Medical Coaching, Inc. When he’s not busy coaching others, wearing different hats and juggling multiple plates in the air, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. They live outside of Houston, TX.
