Christiane Duchesne a écrit depuis cinquante ans une centaine de romans et de contes, des textes pour le théâtre, la télévision, la radio et le cinéma. Elle a remporté le Prix du Gouverneur général à trois reprises et a été finaliste au prix Hans Christian Andersen en 1996 pour l’ensemble de son oeuvre.
