About this audiobook

In time for the 2020 presidential election, Anonymous returns to expand on their "must read" (Time), #1 bestselling behind-the-scenes "scathing portrait" (USA Today) of the Trump presidency with new words of warning for Americans everywhere. On September 5, 2018, the New York Times published a bombshell essay and took the rare step of granting its writer anonymity. Described only as "a senior official in the Trump administration," the author provided eyewitness insight into White House chaos, administration instability, and the people working to keep Donald Trump's reckless impulses in check.

With the 2020 election on the horizon, Anonymous is speaking out once again. In this book, the original author pulls back the curtain even further, offering a first-of-its-kind look at the president and his record -- a must-read before Election Day. It will surprise and challenge both Democrats and Republicans, motivate them to consider how we judge our nation's leaders, and illuminate the consequences of re-electing a commander in chief unfit for the role.

This book is a sobering assessment of the man in the Oval Office and a warning about something even more important -- who we are as a people.

Most of the book is unbiased and well done until the end which is ironic because it comes right after the chapter called Apologists where the Author tries to illustrate that it would be madness to get him out of office before "it's run its course" which we later see is proven a horrible idea because as a result of him not being impeached is a lot more deaths and tragedies happened including the Pandemic which came into view after this was written. This part though proves I think that the writer worked for the Administration because it is almost written begrudgingly to where they're almost empathetic to Trump's plight but with too many facts in their face they finally had to relent their position. You definitely don't feel clean after reading it.

Absolutely a great read. Donald Trump is the most corrupt president in history. He didnt drain the swamp, he topped it up with the worst, most corrupt slimey people he could find. He acts like he is mafia. His whole family is a bunch of gangsters. John Gotti would be envious. This book is a great great read and worth every penny.

Pre-ordered, I've been on a reading kick of late. I have 15 books to read by end of January 2020. We all can learn from History if we talk about it. Including the good, the bad and not so great.
