I work out regularly at the gym but sometimes it's tough to get there or I don't have the time for a full workout with weights. This book has everything I need to make sure I get an excellent workout in with or without the time. Perfect to compliment your routine but would also work as a standalone regimen and still produce amazing results!

For a seasoned rower or someone just getting started this makes a great gift. So easy to use and follow the plan. Arms breaks it down and makes it so easy to reach your goals. Includes plans not only for training but for nutrition too. Highly recommend
