John August is a screenwriter whose credits include Big Fish, Charlie’s Angels, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, and Frankenweenie. He also created Writer Emergency Pack, an educational storytelling tool distributed to more than two thousand classrooms worldwide.
