As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting an ashen twilight over the desolate land, a faint whisper carried through the chilling wind. In a remote village nestled between towering mountains, a group of adventurers gathered at the Hearthstone Inn. Among them were Soren, a seasoned warrior with a scar across his left eye, and Lyra, a skilled archer with a heart woven with curiosity.

Soren leaned in, his gravelly voice breaking the silence, "Legends speak of an ancient crypt hidden beyond the mountain pass. They say echoes of the undead linger within its depths, waiting for their release."
