brilliant book - I'm so excited to listen to it again. James is very eloquent and his way of introducing change into life is insightful and inspiring

Although there are plenty of free summaries available, this is a book worth experiencing in its entirety. Clear not only explains how to make positive habits permanent, but also why negative habits are so easily acquired and so hard to lose. There are plenty of anecdotes included, along with findings from psychology studies. And Clear's narration of his text is precise and engaging. In a market crammed with uninspiring self-help books, this one rises far above the competition.

I truly enjoyed this book. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone that is tired of not having the time to get to what you need and want to do. Still in the start of my journey though, but I can already notice small changes that influence my daily habits. Small steps can indeed make big changes. I am excited to see what the future holds with my new drive for life. I intend to update this review within a year from now to give some sort of feedback on what my journey entailed, as well as what I hoped to accomplish.
