This is honestly one of the most influential books of my life. If you are trying to improve the quality of your life by discovering a healthier worldview and through creating better habits this book will teach you how to fix your baggage and replace them with positive, healthy goals. Just remember nothing good in life comes without effort, you absolutely have to stop the audio book and do the exercises. Not just do them in your head but actually write them down if you want to get the most from this book otherwise you're only getting about 30% of the value from the teachings.

I didn't realise this only had two chapters or I would never have bought it. Two chapters of Tony telling us we are capable of so much more because a few succesfull people had a hard time creating a buisiness, so we should keep trying. The book has no real substance and is full of buzz words and quotes.

Zero stars. So you're telling me I purchased an audiobook, and I should have expected to only have 2 chapters come with it? Literally spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to download the remainder of the book, but there is nothing more to download. If you want two chapters read to you, then waste your money and buy this.
