This is, as near as I can tell, a word for word translation from Greek, done by someone who doesn't speak any English, and somehow read by a narrator with a straight face. It's nigh impossible to understand. I wish I had not wasted the $14 on it, and if it were free I'd wish I hadn't wasted the memory on my phone. Credit where due, the narrator read through it as though it actually made sense. Listening to this is almost physically painful. Do not recommend.

I am giving this book 5 stars since I truly liked it. Audiobooks such as these make me happy. They're excellent. Not only did this book sound like it was top quality, but it also taught me important things about daily life, and about this subject in particular, of course. So, it absolutely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.

This audio book is great. The ideas from the writer made sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's one other reason the reason that I am so ecstatic about this audiobook. The author didn't arbitrarily pick little bits and pieces of bad advice, but rather, sorted out the claims enough.
