Seriously! Get this audio book! I am not kidding! It's incredible! The 5 stars ought to be 6 stars. Yes, that's it. You heard me. I feel it's so great that it ought to have 6 stars. I think the first number of pages were my favorite ones, since the whole idea that the subtitle talks about, gets described. All the fundamentals are here. Later on in the book, more depth gets included, and I think this is what makes it so good.
