Social anxiety has been a real struggle since middle school. It has affected my social life in ways I don't want to remember. I've been working on myself and this audio has served as a stepping stone towards a projected change in my self-improvement goals. I'd recommend to all my friends and to anybody dealing with any kind of anxiety, depression or lack of self esteem.

The best book for overcoming anxiety and depression so far. I have been struggling with overthinking for so long and as a result i am mostly depressed. Discovering this book has been a miracle and my life has been better in all aspects. I am able to have a say in my workplace and my personal relationships are better. When your life is in the right track you begin to attract positive things. It is like there is a new leader in my life and I am the leader.
