very good book, it is what I love to read in these moments where I have had more physical and mental exhaustion, my case is to work for a long time, at first I thought it was the easiest and most comfortable, but it has not been like that, all the I work around the house plus your work with your company, apart from taking care of children and food, being aware of all the details so that everything goes smoothly, this book has helped me to be in better conditions and better organization to avoid both stress and exhaustion, I recommend it for those people who have a day to day as hectic as mine both at home and at work and want to change and improve this state, since it is not pleasant to be like a zombie in our homes and even so continue fulfilling our duties, it has worked very well for me, apart from that I can listen to it and relax at the same time, it is the best, thanks for thinking of people like me and making this type of publications are useful for society and for everyone that one day I feel like I can't take it anymore and want to throw the baton, what I say, it's not easy but not impossible
