David Mitchell is one of my favorite authors. i LOVE Cloud Atlas, The Bone Clocks, and Slade house. they are BRILLIANT and so exciting. Number 9 Dream though... i kept waiting for it to get interesting, and to get on the level that his other novels are.. but it never did. And the ending was just annoying, as was most of the book.. what was the point of that? it's also weird to have a British narrator using all English accents for a Japanese tale. It kept me on the outside of the tale looking in.
