There are many books, programs and speed reading trainings that offer information, but few that offer value. There are more and more people who want to teach you about speed reading, which is basically great. It's just that there, from the information about this extraordinary field, you have to be able to extract the essence and be able to pass it on. I've been studying speed reading for the last 15 years. I have done it with passion and dedication; I have made speed reading an important goal and I have lived in the culture of speed reading. I have spent thousands of hours thinking about what is important in this area and I think I have come to understand the importance of speed reading for the mind and body.

The more you decide to invest in valuable knowledge, the more it will transform you and make you a person capable of climbing step by step to the place where you can reap the full fruits of your labour.
It's a long road to get there and I'd be lying to you if I said it was an easy road. You need a lot of willpower and discipline to be able to take those exams that life offers you as a chance to find out who you really are and what are the things that limit you inside. All those inner limitations will stop you in your tracks, block you or turn you back even when you may have very little left to finish.
What you learn from speed reading will help you make choices, and not just any choices, but choices that will bring real change to your life. Think of yourself as living in a consumer world, and if you look back you will see that you have bought many products and services that you have not used. You've bought a subscription you didn't use or a fitness machine you used a few times and then forgot about it. When you bought it you promised yourself that you would use it every day and yet you didn't. It happened because you didn't live or don't live long enough in the culture of that thing. You don't realize how important it is and how much you need to exercise, otherwise you would find the time and energy to exercise regularly, maybe even daily.
