To save you a lot of time, basically, the only moment is now. Voice was aggravating and whilst I'm presuming the book was meant to be calming (?), I found it aggravating and to be the opposite. Wouldn't recommend

For someone who preaches not needing physical items for happiness he sure charges a lot for this book. He just teaches budism. Save yourself the cash and do online research.

Ugh, those chimes are deafeningly louder than the spoken words. Always catches me off guard and hurts my ears.
