I audiobook constantly and I can honestly say that the narrator in this production is the worst that I have ever heard, by a landslide. He mispronounces words constantly, doesn't pause at punctuation and reads so fast that he barely has the ability to take a breath. I couldn't tell you if the subject matter in this book was good or not because it was read so poorly that I could not make it all the way through.

I decided to get this audiobook not just to learn how to understand and manage my emotions better but to understand the emotions of my family as well. I feel it was a useful tool especially if you have difficulty expressing your emotions or in the other end of the spectrum which is too emotional in every situation. There needs to be a balance but I was having a hard time reaching that balance so I decided to get this audiobook and it has been a tremendous help to me. I really recommend it.

I feel like I've been duped by the ratings on this, they must be fake. It says its an Audiobook but it's definitely AI narrated, if it's not then it's spoken very unnaturally, extremely hard to follow. The content is very referential, imagine having a computer voice over of a school assignment. DNF
