Some people are born gifted, just as little Jimmie was, but the gift he was born with wasn’t the kind of gift Jimmie was hoping for. His gift was knowing when someone was going to die, just by looking into their eyes.

The previous owners were getting too many complaints about hearing screams in the night, so they decided if they were going to continue with these human sacrifices, they might want to move out to the country so the screams would go unnoticed. The owner laid new carpet in the room to cover up the pentagram so the new owners wouldn’t be suspicious.

As Jimmie’s family was unpacking boxes, a neighbor came by and welcomed them to the neighborhood. Jimmie looked at the man’s face and he ran over to his mother, throwing his arms around her leg.

Jimmie’s mother said, “Jimmie, what are doing?”

Jimmie said in a crying voice, “That man is going to die!”
