About this audiobook

Topic 1: This guide answers some major questions that introverts have had in the past. And obviously, it will address those concerns in a way that provides new insights and useful information.

Topics include the intimidation factor, even for introverts, as well as finding introverts to talk to, socializing with them, why you can be proud of being an introvert, things extroverts and introverts can learn from each other, and basic interaction skills we all need.

Topic 2: In this fascinating short-read, you’ll find out about some out-of-the-box methods to take your meditation practices to the next level. Some of those methods are:

Karate breathing meditation

Aromatherapy

Mantra meditation

Walking meditation

Tai Chi

Healing sound baths

Zen meditation

Topic 3: Is being able to focus really that important to your happiness?

Yes, it is. And in this book, I will explain more of the reasoning behind this. You will also learn more about different methods to improve your focus, practical techniques to prioritize better and quicker, and how to avoid diversions that will keep you from making your dreams a reality.

Topic 4: One of the ways in which we can reduce stress and anxiety, is through being more present in the moment. We often let our thoughts wander (not always a bad thing) and our focus deteriorate by the many distractions we face today.

Topic 5: In this book, in particular, the root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, and the throat chakra are outlined, detailed, discussed and explained. You won’t be left in the dark. With the increased knowledge, you will be able to take action and feel better by opening chakras that may have been blocked in the past.

You probably won't lament getting this audio book. It gives you what it claims it does. In the beginning, I was questioning where exactly it was going, but after tuning in to it for a while, I got into it. Then I saw this book for what it was: A great undertaking by an intelligent author and expert narrator. Not only did this audiobook sound like it was high quality, but it also taught me essential things about life, and about this idea in particular, obviously. So, it definitely deserves a few hard-earned stars.

I didn't stop listening till the end. That's just how much I thought of it. I was happy to hear the right articulation of all the words by a competent audio book narrator.
