From Lyme to Light is my spiritual and physical healing journey with neurological Lyme disease. Starting with a tick bite that led to dementia, followed by a stroke, and then a Near Death Experience (NDE). My goal is to empower you and to catalyze your innate ability to heal and maintain wellness far into the future-finding your light from Lyme!

Caroline DeLoreto is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition- Practitioner (FDN-P), LMFT counselor, remote energy practitioner, educator, and inspirational speaker. She has an MA in both Education and Clinical Psychology. Since 2006 she has had a passion for teaching people about their health and how to create the life they desire. She lives happily with her spouse in Northern Vermont where she enjoys spending time writing, meditating, studying health, being outside, and walking her labradoodle Lilli in the vibrant green woods of Vermont!
