She is also a motivational speaker, organizational change agent, consultant, and the author of six books, including Negaholics. She is currently coauthoring Chicken Soup for the Global Soul with Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen, which is scheduled to be published in 2001. Dr. Carter-Scott lives in Nevada with her husband, Michael, and her daughter, Jennifer.
