I have read several books on lucid dreaming and so far this is my favorite. It was an easy read and it covers various ways you can incorporate lucid dreams into your life. And to access the deeper part of your creativity and knowledge that you didn’t know in waking life. I like that she gave the science behind it as well. Sometimes you talk about these things and you get a lot of eye rolls. This allows you to validate Lucid Dreaming.

Lots of good information. This book is like a crash course on lucid dreaming. The author tells you everything you need to know, and leaves out all the excess information. Techniques are provided too. Definitely worth checking out.

Amazing guide for anyone interested in getting into lucid dreaming. I have never mastered it but did get to the point where I was recalling 3 or 4 dreams every night for months on end. Along with having some lucid dreams mixed in as well. Got to be a lot spending an hour each morning writing them all down but that has to be a good problem. Enjoy the journey.
