Quelques mots sur l'auteur

Alafair Burke is a New York Times bestselling author whose most recent novels include The Wife and The Ex, which was nominated for the Edgar Award for best novel. She also co-authors the bestselling Under Suspicion series with Mary Higgins Clark. A former prosecutor, she now teaches criminal law and lives in Manhattan and East Hampton. She is the daughter of acclaimed crime writer James Lee Burke.

Betty Bobbitt was born in New York, raised in Philadelphia, and trained as an actor in Los Angeles. In 1962 she was offered a television role in Australia and since then she has been a full-time actor, frequent teacher, obsessed writer and occasional director. She has received two acting awards from the Television Society of Australia for her work in the long-running series, Prisoner, and was nominated in the Best Director category at the Green Room awards for a production of Dan Goggin's Nunsense. Betty has narrated a number of books for Bolinda Audio including The Final Confession of Mabel Stark by Robert Hough and Judgment Calls by Alafair Burke.
