The highly anticipated first book by Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark, the voices behind the #1 hit podcast My Favorite Murder!

Sharing never-before-heard stories ranging from their struggles with depression, eating disorders, and addiction, Karen and Georgia irreverently recount their biggest mistakes and deepest fears, reflecting on the formative life events that shaped them into two of the most followed voices in the nation.

In Stay Sexy & Don’t Get Murdered, Karen and Georgia focus on the importance of self-advocating and valuing personal safety over being "nice" or "helpful." They delve into their own pasts, true crime stories, and beyond to discuss meaningful cultural and societal issues with fierce empathy and unapologetic frankness.

My Favorite Murder started as a way for Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark to work through their fears. Now it’s a worldwide community.... Even its darkest moments are lightened by Karen and Georgia's effortlessly funny banter and genuine empathy.” —

I am a huge fan of their podcast! I have been sucking up all their podcasts in the evening and now while driving, and learned they had written a book! I couldn't wait to buy the audio book (I use audio to lessen my new and horrible tinnitus and because I am not a huge fan of holding and flipping pages of a book, to each their own!) Although I am much older in age, 62 ugh, not my young spirit! I could relate completely to what they were expressing. I wish you all the success! Stay Sexy and DGM!

This book is amazing, even if you're not a murderino. It made me scream laugh, cry, scream laugh some more, and dropped some major life advice. It's raw in an unexpected way and I can't recommend it enough.

Karen & Georgia (and Paul Giamatti) did an excellent job of narrating. As a listener of MFM I knew they would be excellent at reading their own stories. I am so grateful for this book in general, I cried, I laughed, I make everyone listen to it with me. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in creating this loveliness.
