About the author
L. P. Holmes (1895–1988), also known as Matt Stuart, was the author of a number of outstanding Western novels, including Somewhere They Die, which received a Spur Award from the Western Writers of America.
Grover Gardner has recorded more than 650 audiobooks since beginning his career in 1981. He's been named one of the "Best Voices of the Century" as well as a "Golden Voice" by AudioFile magazine.
