4 stars — Well, that was more adorable and fun than I was expecting. I think after being frustrated with how long Lillian’s story was, I was worried about Daisy. But she was delightful, and I enjoyed her romance with Matthew Swift! Daisy was an intriguing heroine, because while she seemed to love having her head in the clouds and in her books, there was a very practical side to her too.
