For over seventeen years, Lori has cultivated strong relationships with clients using her unique ability to blend spiritual coaching, healing, and intuition practices. She has built a thriving career based on her passion for supporting more mindful, healthy, happy mothers and women of all kinds. Lori is the author of The Mindful Mom-to-Be and lives in Los Angeles.
Ursula Cary is a writer and editor with fifteen years of publishing experience, and the mostly Action/Flow Mama of an energetic toddler and a senior rescue dog. She lives with her family in Connecticut.
