Yes I would recommend this book. My boyfriend was married to a narcissistic woman , we have been dating for almost a year and man did she destroy him. He is still untrusting , but I am sticking it out sometimes it is very hard. She moved on easily just like the book said. Get this book if you are dealing with this , I am and I will read it to him.

Good but she's a sexist. Always referring as "He" instead if general pronouns.
