I was so excited when I heard Marie Force had a new series coming out and I have to say Dan & Kara is the perfect prequel to the new Downeast Series. It has everything you want in a prequel, just enough to get interested but not too much to spoil what’s coming. We have met Dan Torrington and Kara Ballard before but now we really get to know them as they are first up in the new series set in Bar Harbor, Maine. This book took me to a happy place.
