I seriously love his book alot just sorta reassurances on what I already knew myself & I couldn't fine the book anywhere due to being so I got the audiobook I liked it even more cuz its him emember running across matt on Facebook from Time to Time maybe saw a few videos when decide to like/follow his page.. everything about he mentioned or talked about i related too...when he talked about his book& it sellin pretty good I just knew I had to get 1 an see what all the buzz and talk was about.

This is an amazing book to read but even better in audiobook as you get to hear Matt's soothing voice read it to you. Highly recommend it.
