One of the better hypnotic gastric band out there Got recommended by a friend to try out gastric band hypnosis audiobooks as it had helped her a lot. did buy other books also but no one did the trick for me. At least that’s what I felt. This is the first one where i think I am noticing a difference. But it is still early. We will have to see if it turns out to be true. Liked the voice and content wise it was good.

Powerful! Could “feel” the virtual gastric band being in place whenever I am eating. It prevents me from overeating, which is really nice! I have always had problem with it but every time I eat now, there is this internal blockage that just won’t allow me to overeat. Would recommend.

Can feel it This might seem crazy, but the visualization I have done by listening to these scripts are so strong that I get a weird sensation in my stomach every time I am about to eat.
