I appreciated this book so much. The author shares in this well-written book how pain is so much more than a mechanical malfunction but also an essential and brilliant messenger that can lead us to vibrant health and wellness. I found it so interesting how the author uses an integrative approach informed by Integrative Chinese Medicine to help people who are suffering get to the root causes to unravel the pain to have a vibrant life.

Great book. Among other things, it shows correct and incorrect postures and habits for many of our daily activities. Not just the usual like walking, sitting, sleeping, working at desk. It also shows many other activities like driving, gardening, shoveling snow, carrying baby and pushing shopping cart or stroller, riding a bike, telephone/computer, etc.

The lower leg, specifically ankle, foot arch and big toe make all the difference in mobility and movement. Being able to move as and when I want as a 50+ year old man starts with the foundation of foot and big toe! Amazing amount of knowledge in such a short book
