Was in the hospital last November with high blood pressure and chest pain. ( stress test bp hit 214 ) I had high cholesterol across the board and daily BPMonitor averaged 160/ 105 ish. This book changed my life, and I’m NEVER going back! Today my bp is 121/ 72. I’m looking fwd to my next blood work test, to see what happened to my cholesterol numbers. Thank you Dr. Greger for this book!

I lost both my parents to heart disease and switched to a plant based diet. this book just solidifies that a plant based diet is the way to go based on multiple studies. This book is informative and straight to the point. Stay healthy people
