There's some good idea buried deep within this book, but it is not properly exercised or expanded upon or explained, there are far better more up to date. There are more accurate books everywhere. Think and Grow Rich is outdated and should not be read for anything outside of a historical perspective.

This book is of it's time, and you can tell by the (white) male centric perspective. I will take the jewels and leave the coal as far as Mr.Hill's life advice. The narrator is a bit dry and can get monotone in sections.

The mind cannot differentiate between truth and falsehood, we simply need to instruct or manipulate it toward a certain mode! 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill, takes an in depth look at the power of the mind and personal belief and how these influence our success. Hill uses examples of past success such as Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison to show how factors such as desire, the subconscious mind, faith and goals can interweave to create favorable condition for success.
