Carol Sankar is the founder of The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership, a global executive leadership firm focused on inclusion initiatives for C-suite-level women and high-performance business owners. She is also a leadership contributor for Inc. and Entrepreneur.

Patryce Williams is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City and is a member of the Actors' Equity Association. With a BFA in theater from Central Connecticut State University, Patryce has toured in regional theater productions and appeared on world-renowned stages such as the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage.
