A witness to a murder has gone missing. Duncan Crane vanished without a trace. He left his bank account, his credit cards, and his phone behind. But it's out of their jurisdiction, and without a positive ID, the locals aren't willing to help. To put one killer away, Liv and Logan have to find Crane alive, but they aren't the only ones determined to locate the eyewitness...
