Michael LeBoeuf, Ph.D. is a business writer, lecturer, and consultant. His six previous books, which include the bestsellers Working Smart and How to Win Customers and Keep Them for Life, have sold over a million copies and have been published in over a dozen languages. He is professor emeritus at the University of New Orleans, where he taught in the business school from 1969 until he elected early retirement at age 46 in 1989. In constant demand as a speaker, LeBoeuf lectures to professional and business audiences worldwide on the subjects of his most recent books. He and his wife live in Phoenix, Arizona.
