This is the first series I've listened to by Piper Rayne. I absolutely loved it! I think this was my favorite. Twyla and Chase's story made me smile. Chase was so real. He reminded me of my husband, so I fell a bit more for him. Twyla just warmed my heart. I hurt for her and was thrilled with their HEA. Plus a siblings best friend and grump/sunshine are favorite tropes! I can't wait for Mile's story! Savannah Peachwood & Jason Clarke are excellent narrators. Favorites of mine. #ValentinePRreview

There is push, pull, chemistry, protectiveness, bar fights, attraction, galas, book club dates, football games, dates, teammates, supportiveness and love. Loved getting to see the other characters from previous books in the story. The book was narrated by Savannah Peachwood and Jason Clarke. This is the first time listening to them together but they kept me engaged, they both did good in showing the characters vulnerability through out the story. Great read and listen

Needing to get away Twyla heads to San Francisco where her new neighbor turns out to be her brother's teammate and friend Chase. She soon learns there is more to this man than his cantankerous attitude but will they realize how they feel about each other before she is scheduled to leave. The narrators portrayed all the humor, heart and heat as they brought this engaging story to life.
