This is a fascinating book on how our whole body relies on many things we don’t take into consideration, such as spinal health, in order to function at our best. Not just physically, but is also linked to our mental health and self worth. It’s remarkable to see this knowledge put together in such an easy format to read and understand. Each chapter is summed up with a “real life” scenario so you can picture the information in action. It covers all ages, from birth to our senior years.

Great book. Among other things, it shows correct and incorrect postures and habits for many of our daily activities. Not just the usual like walking, sitting, sleeping, working at desk. It also shows many other activities like driving, gardening, shoveling snow, carrying baby and pushing shopping cart or stroller, riding a bike, telephone/computer, etc.

I liked that the author's motivation for this book is his own journey into aging and caring for the body. Balance in seniors is a serious topic. One fall can do a lot of damage. There are some great exercises and strategies in here. Well-researched and well-organized. Highly recommend.
