About the author

Richard Harland is an English fantasy and science fiction writer, living in New South Wales, Australia. He was born in 1947 in Huddersfield, United Kingdom, and migrated to Australia in 1970. He has been an academic, performance artist and writer, publishing fourteen full length works of fiction, three academic books, short stories and poems. He has been awarded the Australian Aurealis Award on five occasions for his fiction.

Francis Greenslade began performing with Adelaide University Footlights and has since worked extensively in theatre and television. Theatre companies he has worked for include Melbourne Theatre Company, Sydney Theatre Company, State Theatre Company and Playbox. Francis is best known for his television appearances in The Micallef Programme, Full Frontal and Pig's Breakfast.
