Ole Ed had some serious mommy/religion issues at his core & its one of the main reasons he was fixated on women..This is a different take on old man Geins story, as maybe the savior of men instead of the evil butcher .. no redemption for Gein..but its a good fact/fiction horror type story.

I have heard many real life stories about Ed Gein, this is an unusal take on his motives. Gein was infamous because of his obsession and what he did with the bodies, even though his body count were only two (even though the body parts found in his home came from more than two bodies, he supposedly robbed graves also) compared with other serial killers from the Mid-West area. Ed Gein also inspired other fictional character such as Buffalo Bill from Harris's Silence of Lamb. In the movie where Buffalo Bill danced while wore his skin suit was supposedly emulated a similar incident that Ed Gein did with his skin suit. That gives me a chill just thinking about it.

I like hearing about Ed Gein but I didn't find this one all that interesting.
