Ethan Blackburn is too busy running Blackburn Farms, his families highly successful horse breeding and training facility, to even think about dating. Now to his surprise, he has a nine year old daughter, Sylvie, who he never knew about, from one night of passion with a Mardraggon, his family’s bitter enemy. I really love this new world that Bennett created, rich with family love and drama, emotion, and touches of humor, and passion. This is a world I hope to visit again! Loved amazing narration!

Ethan and Marcie's story is sweet, passionate, captivating, intriguing, and engaging, filled with drama, angst, and twists and turns. I liked Ethan's daughter Sylvie. I loved the Blackburn Family bond. The feud between the Blackthorn’s and the Mardraggon’s is intriguing. I would love to know more about Gabriel/Gab, Sylvie's Uncle. Sean Masters and Kit Swann did a great job bringing this story to life. Looking forward to listening to The Forbidden, the next book in the series!

I fell hard and fast for Ethan, he is my idea of a true book boyfriend, not only swoon worthy but caring, protective and reliable, stepping up when many would not whilst Marcie is the sort of woman that you would want by your side as a friend. The Feud was a good balance of romance, drama and suspense and I cannot wait for the next book in this series. The performances by Sean Masters and Kit Swann were wonderful. Their voices are easy to listen to and they did justice to the story.
