Laura works as a critical-care nurse during the day at a large level-one trauma center and spends her spare time writing romance. She lives with her husband in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Callie Beaulieu has been an actress for several decades. Classically trained, she is predominantly a theater actress, and her work has been seen around the country.
